At the end of your trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue using AnswerVault. If you do not select a plan, your account will be paused and your data retained for 30 days. You can reactivate at any time during that period by choosing a plan.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. After that, you can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, but we do not offer partial refunds.
